 Belts should be inspected, adjusted, and/or replaced quarterly.
Belts should always be changed a minimum of yearly to prevent breakdowns.
A spare belt should be kept in the unit for emergencies.
Exhaust fans that have vibration or squealing noises should be serviced immediately.
All covers should be properly installed on assembly.
Exhaust systems and ductwork should be cleaned monthly to prevent breakdowns and fires.
Any loose electrical connections should be remedied right away.
Use of cooking equipment without fans running can cause a fire and/or the fire suppression systems to engage.
Systems that have to be re-set or shut down on their own should be serviced right away.
